Violet Roy
Multimedia Artist and Musician: Singer-Songwriter
Violet Roy, who has been writing songs since she was a little kid, is known for her singing, and songwriting. Water’s Edge and was the first one she recorded, in December 2017 ( despite being released just 2 years ago, and 3 years later, in 2020). So far, Violet has only performed locally, but she had plans on eventually touring sometime, hopefully in the near future. She has also released 2 songs which are at this time available for streaming and download exclusively on SoundCloud and Bandcamp. Violet has always been vastly inspired by the music which she listens to most often, on a day-to-day basis. Apart from creating and sharing her music with the world, Violet is also a writer and multimedia artist and she is interested in writing a novel and hopefully multiple film and/or tv scripts. Violet is also a photographer and she enjoys videography, every form of animation, and learning foreign languages. She considers herself often to be a huge geek when it comes to film and television, and she hopes to begin a career in animation (most likely with a focus on 3D animation and specificly Stop Motion( and film production, alongside her already established career in music. Violet creates art including her music because it is what she enjoys most, and because she yearns to share that with everyone that she can. She also aims to educate others on the problems and shortcomings within today’s world and share her creative ideas for how we might address these situations.
