Winter Album and more on Upcoming Plans

I am excited to announce on this blog that I will not, in fact, be releasing my song ”A Seasonal Reflection” as a single. Instead, I have decided that I will release my new winter album, sometime near New Year’s day! Aside from A Seasonal Reflection, this album will feature at least one song which is a collaboration with the Washington based Parakeets, and additional titles will include many original ones created solely (or almost entirely) by myself, and possibly even previous songs which I have mentioned in the past, including a re-envisioned take on another recent song which I recorded, some time ago, ”Saddest Days”. That being said, now to talk about those plans which I promised to get into, after I implied going over them, in the title of this post!

Anyway, I am likely going to be saving up for and investing in an onslaught of audio equipment, likely within the next 3-4 years! This includes an Audio Technica 2020 (AT2020) microphone since I am already familiar with the brand. I am also looking into synthesizers and audio samplers a lot (I seem to be becoming increasingly interested in audio engineering, music composition, sound/audio effects, and all that the aforementioned entails, as time goes by). Anyway, there is some exciting news for you guys! I hope you like my winter album, and I apologize that it is not out yet! Happy Holidays!

Holidays and New Releases

Hey, Guys!

I am not even going to talk about the amount of time that has elapsed, since the last time I posted, on this blog! Well, I just wanted to check in on here and talk about what exactly is going on right now, with my music career!

Well, for one thing, the original recording of Water’s Edge has finally been officially released (in fact, it was officially available for streaming and download on most major surfaces, on my half birthday!) So that’s huge news, right?! I know! I should have updated this blog, more frequently!

Okay, on to the next bit of news! I recently recorded a new song (which happens to be over 3 times longer than Water’s Edge, haha!) specifically for the holidays! Anyway, this new song, ”A Seasonal Reflection” should be coming out, very soon!

I am going this leave off with this, here! I will however hopefully be updating this blog again, very soon! (In case I don’t and you would like to keep up with my music and releases, look up my artist profile on Spotify or follow me on Instagram @violetroyart, or even on [Omitted, ha (.;;] Assuming anyone ever actually checks this site, thank you for reading this! Welcome to my Blog!

Hello, Fans! Welcome to my Blog!

Well, since this is the first post, I’ll tell you a little bit about what I’ll be doing, here!

My ultimate goal, as a musician (being a Singer and a Song-Writer), is to create music that will inspire other to be creative, and to act, within the world, around them, all for the better of the place, and time with live in, today. Think advocacy, protesting, rallies, picking up trash, on the side of the road, donating money for Cancer Research- any minor, or major thing that could make a difference!

In order to do that, my aim is to utilize this blog in informing you of just what it means to be an artist, by, not only, sharing, my music content, but posting about my progress and what I’ve been up to! Know that may go on hiatus, sometimes (whether thats for personal reasons, or, simply to give myself an opportunity to go out, in the world, and, possibly get inspired to write a new song). That being said, I hope you enjoy my blog and, hopefully, come to find the appreciation and indulgence, in my work, for all of the effort and thought I put into it! Thank you for your interest in me, and my work!
